Multiple cardboard & found objects: telling your story!

Create a series of related cardboard objects (minimum 3), which together tell a story about you, your family, your neighborhood, or your feelings about today.

You must incorporate other 2D and/or 3D elements in or with the cardboard objects. These can be original (or Xeroxed) photos, art pieces, magazine clippings, found objects, projections, sound elements etc.. You can use any construction methods.  No single element can be larger than 18”. Your choice of materials, construction methods, finish, selection of found elements, and final arrangement should be consistent with the overall meaning and expression of the piece.

9/22    Bring materials, sketches & work in progress to class to work on with Mr. Lique.
We have more cardboard glue and some supplies in class...bring in any other materials you
           might need!

9/29   All class group critique.

Look at the images below....How is a narrative built?  Is the message literal or abstract?  Can you see the consistency in finish?
