Assignment # 12: Circus Animation
The assignment is to make miniature circus act- (flying trapeze, lion tamer, elephant rider, etc). And photograph in a sequence to make a movie of GIF.
You must make the backdrop and the characters out of cardboard, paint, found objects (must be altered or made by you).
Then create a short 10 second movie at 12 fps (frames per second) with an object or objects to make a "performance". This means you will need to move the objects 120 times and take a photo 120 times.

4/3 Intro to the project on ZOOM.
Homework:
Start to plan your scene for the animation. Begin sketching your storyboard and gather materials. Download the Stop Motion Studio app and play around with it!
4/17 HOMEWORK DUE: Detailed storyboard (10 or more frames) and photos of work in progress (background, characters and floor are 50% complete)
4/24 CRITIQUE DAY: upload your movie to the google folder by 11am for presentations on ZOOM at 1pm

Before you start make sure that you set your frame rate to 12 fps (see Frame Rate.png) and image quality to HD unless you really tight on space (see Image Quality.png).
Turn in movie by selecting movie and then Export Movie - Save to Video (see Save Video.png)
Once it it in your photo library you should be able to upload the the video assignment into a google drive folder on Google Classroom.
